Privacy at a glance

The short version: your vault data lives encrypted on your device. We can't read it, so we don't and we won't. The full privacy policy in the app covers the legal detail.

What we don't have

• Your passphrase
• Your Secret Key
• The contents of your vault
• Your beneficiary names, account numbers, document images, or family details

What we do collect

• Anonymous analytics (Microsoft Clarity) about how the marketing site is used
• Optional email address if you join our waitlist or contact us
• Standard server logs (IP, user agent) for the app and marketing site, retained briefly

How long we keep it

Personal data tied to you (email address, name, support and feedback correspondence, newsletter preferences) is retained for up to three years from your last interaction. After that, inactive records are purged. Anonymous analytics is retained for 90 days. Vault contents are never stored on our servers, so there is nothing to retain or delete. You can request earlier deletion any time via the contact form.
