Standard SaaS terms with one important note: SecureFamilyVault generates document templates and provides storage tooling. It is not legal advice, not financial advice, and the will template is reviewed by an attorney as a starting framework — not a substitute for legal counsel on your specific situation.

What we promise

• The vault is end-to-end encrypted; we don't read your data
• You can export your full encrypted backup anytime, without paying
• If we shut down, your local vault and Drive backup keep working
• No mandatory non-disparagement or arbitration-only clauses

What you agree to

• You're responsible for safeguarding your passphrase and Emergency Kit
• Document templates are not legal advice — consult an attorney for binding documents
• You won't use the service for unlawful activity
• Standard limitation of liability for software products
